Paucitas establishes as an independent party the value of crypto holdings on the reference date the parties are using. We work for both parties or for one of the two, and the price source and the method are always stated in the report.<\/div>\n

What Paucitas does<\/h2>\n

We determine per wallet and per coin the balance on the reference date and convert it into euros using a price source that is fixed in advance. One anonymised case: two parties arrived at a difference of tens of thousands of euros for the same wallet, purely because one had used a daily closing rate and the other an intraday rate at a different hour.<\/p>\n

That is why the hour is recorded as well as the day. A valuation that does not state its moment cannot be checked, and a valuation that cannot be checked is of little use in proceedings.<\/p>\n
