What aftercare is there after crypto fraud?<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n

Aftercare after crypto fraud comes down to three things: recording what actually happened, checking whether a trail can still be followed, and deciding which next step still makes sense in your situation. Paucitas handles the factual part of that and is honest about what is no longer possible.<\/div>\n

What Paucitas does as aftercare after crypto fraud<\/h2>\n

We record your case in a form that stays usable: the timeline of events, the payments, the wallet addresses and the transaction hashes. We then follow where the funds went and whether there is a point at which they leave the blockchain.<\/p>\n

We also say so when there is nothing left to follow. That happens more often than people hope, and it is better to know early than to wait months for it. We do not promise recovery of your funds and never ask for an advance payment for a result we cannot guarantee.<\/p>\n

You receive a report setting out the route the funds took, the points we were able to establish and an assessment of their evidential value. It comes with a list of the places where data is missing.<\/p>\n

What you do with that report afterwards is up to you, or up to you and your lawyer. We can explain it to a third party where that is needed.<\/p>\n

How to get started<\/h2>\n

You get in touch with a short description of what happened and of the data you hold. In a first conversation you will hear whether an investigation can achieve anything in your situation and what it costs.<\/p>\n
