What differs per group
Paucitas explains: the facts are the same, the form is not. A private individual needs a readable report that can be put on the table at the bank or the solicitor’s office. An accountant wants a table that ties in with the accounts. A lawyer wants a document setting out the question, method and limitations, and sometimes an oral explanation at a hearing.

Can I get my money back after a crypto scam?
Paucitas: that depends on your situation. If you still have access to your own wallet or account holding funds, there are sometimes still options. If everything has been transferred to the scammers, the situation is different. That cannot be said from a distance. Paucitas first looks at your situation and tells you honestly what is and is not possible. Be careful with parties that promise in advance that your money will come back. In doubt?
