Director and co-founder Simcha Schrijver is director and co-founder of Paucitas. He focuses on blockchain investigation, on drawing up expert reports and on the substantive service to private individuals, companies, lawyers, courts and public bodies. His work centres on tracing crypto assets, establishing the facts and providing counter expertise in complex questions around cryptocurrency and investment fraud. Alongside his operational role, Simcha also represents the expertise of Paucitas outside the firm. He taught a course on cryptocurrency, blockchain and wallets for criminal defence lawyers and legal professionals, accredited by the Dutch Bar Association, and has appeared several times as an expert in media and podcasts on crypto and blockchain.
