Blockchain analysis

Blockchain analysis is examining transactions in context to make patterns, routes and connections visible. It goes further than looking at individual transactions: it searches for the story that the data tell together. What that story means depends on the context gathered alongside it.

What it may indicate

A striking pattern can be an indication that something is going on, but equally point to something innocent. Analysis makes connections visible; it does not automatically give a verdict. Full clarity only emerges when the findings are weighed calmly.

By looking at many transactions together, it stands out that certain addresses keep appearing together. That pattern can give direction to an investigation, but in itself it does not yet say what lies behind it.
