Suspicious exchange pattern
A suspicious exchange pattern is a way in which funds move around a trading platform that deviates from the usual picture. Think of funds that come in and leave again quickly, or that travel along unusual routes. A deviating pattern stands out, but in itself it says nothing yet about the intention behind it.
What it may indicate
Movement that does not fit normal use can be an indication that a platform or an account is being used for something other than ordinary trading. It can equally have an explainable cause. The pattern is a reason to look, not a conclusion.
What is a suspicious exchange pattern?
A way in which funds move around a trading platform that deviates from the usual picture, such as funds arriving and leaving quickly or via unusual routes.
Does a deviating pattern mean something is wrong?
Not on its own. It can have an explainable cause. The pattern is a reason to follow the movements, after which their meaning emerges.
Betekent een afwijkend patroon dat er iets mis is?
Niet per se. Het kan een verklaarbare oorzaak hebben. Het patroon is een reden om te kijken, geen conclusie. Pas het volgen van de bewegingen geeft meer duidelijkheid.
