What will you do?
As an Account Manager, you will work to maintain and expand customer relationships. You will have a lot of responsibility and be involved in a variety of projects for individuals and other parties who have (had) to deal with crypto.
Your duties will include:
- Maintain customer contact and follow up on new leads
- Thinking along about opportunities with existing relationships and how we can help them better
- Assist in preparing and discussing proposals
- Administrative follow-up of contracts and bids
- Delving into customer questions and identifying new needs
- Translate customer requests into concrete actions towards our researchers
You will work closely with the director and have the space to show your own initiative.
- Experience or interest in relationship management or customer contact
- You are eager to learn, independent, and not afraid to ask questions
- You write and speak excellent Dutch
- You keep an overview, work in a structured way and can switch gears well

The account manager at Paucitas is the first dedicated point of contact for clients dealing with crypto fraud, investment fraud and complex blockchain matters. You translate specialist investigations into clear, understandable updates, safeguard the planning and make sure every case receives the attention it deserves. Working as an account manager at Paucitas means working autonomously within a close-knit team in Amsterdam, alongside colleagues who specialise in blockchain forensic investigation and compliance.
What the account manager role involves
- Relationship management with clients and partners, from intake through to closing the case.
- Coordination between investigators, legal advisors and external parties.
- Safeguarding planning, quality and clear communication towards clients.
- Contributing to the further development of our working methods, playbooks and internal knowledge sharing.
What we look for in an account manager
We are looking for an account manager with an affinity for the financial and technology sector, strong communication skills and an eye for detail. Experience with crypto, blockchain or fraud cases is a plus, not a requirement: our subject-matter specialists handle the technical side. You are independent, act with integrity and keep an overview even when cases get busy.
