Then we are looking for you. As a Personal Assistant, you will ensure that the day of the management and team runs efficiently and conveniently.
What will you do?
As a PA at Paucitas, you are indispensable for the day-to-day running of the company. You ensure that the right people have the right information at the right time, monitor the agenda, support ongoing processes and switch gears quickly where necessary.
Your duties will include:
- Agenda management, scheduling and preparing appointments
- Managing the inbox and following up on actions
- Structure projects, deadlines and communications
- Arranging practical matters such as bookings, documents and facilities
- Assist in the preparation of presentations or internal documents
- Assist with communication, customer follow-up and minor administrative tasks
- Be the point of contact for internal and external contacts
- Minimum MBO+ working and thinking level
- You work in a structured way and like order and overview
- You are proactive, flexible and discreet
- You have a good sense of where priorities lie
- You write and speak excellent Dutch
- You have experience in a similar role or feel naturally at home in it
- Lots of responsibility and independence
- Working at a fine location in Amsterdam
- Direct contact with management and team

The role of personal assistant at Paucitas in brief
A personal assistant at Paucitas supports the management and the team in a close-knit, independent agency in the heart of Amsterdam. You manage diaries, case files and planning, liaise quickly with clients and make sure operational matters run smoothly. As a personal assistant you keep the overview and safeguard the quality of internal processes, so that investigators and legal experts can focus on the substance.
What you do as a personal assistant
- Diary and planning management for management and the team.
- Preparing meetings, case files and documentation.
- First point of contact for incoming calls, email and post.
- Coordination of office matters, suppliers and internal processes.
What we look for in a personal assistant
You are an independent, reliable professional with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. Experience in a similar supporting role is a plus. More important are discretion, initiative and the ability to stay calm in a dynamic environment.
